Course Highlights
The scenic 5k and 10k routes run through Butler’s campus, while the 1-mile Dawg Walk welcomes family, friends, and furry pals. Strollers are permitted on the 5k route only.
Mission & Beneficiaries
We’re thrilled to support our Butler Campus Groups this year with charitable donations of $150, $100, and $50 to the top three organizations with the largest number of participants and volunteers. Thank you for showing up in such a big way!
We’re proud to support the philanthropic efforts of these outstanding groups and excited to see how their causes continue to grow.
A Record-Breaking Year
2024 marked our biggest Bulldog Jog yet – with 711 participants and nearly $9,000 raised for our incredible beneficiaries:
- Butler HRC student wellness programs
- Indy Runners’ giving back initiatives
- Indy Humane Society
As we move into our 6th year of partnership (and the 33rd Bulldog Jog overall), we’re already looking forward to another fun-filled day on campus in 2025! Expect your favorites to return – Butler Blue, Butler Cheer, Hink, and the Butler Pep Band will be out in full force to cheer you on during the beloved Dawg Walk.
Charitable Giving
Thanks to additional generous donations this year, we’re able to make an even greater impact. These funds will be equally distributed between our three key beneficiaries, helping support wellness, running, and animal care in our community.
The proceeds will benefit Butler HRC student wellness and grant programs as well as Indy Runners giving back initiatives including our scholarship program and various community projects. The 1-mile Dawg Walk through campus will also benefit the Indianapolis Humane Society.
Virtual Option
For Butler Alumni and other supporters unable to attend in person, a virtual option is available with race shirts for all participants.
Optional Medal
Participants may opt for a medal as an add-on to their registration.
DOGS
Friendly dogs are welcome on the 5k course, but please refrain from bringing dogs on the 10k route.
